Counseling for betech
Eligibility :
  1. Please click on this link to upload your Class 12 / II PUC Marks and NATA/ JEE Main Paper 2 score.
    This is mandatory without which the candidate cannot attend the seat selection process.
  2. Must have passed an examination at the end of the 10+2 scheme of examination with at least 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and also at least 50% marks in aggregate of the 10+2 level examination or passed 10+3 Diploma examination with mathematics as compulsory subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate.
  3. The necessary documents should be provided at the counseling session. Without which, the candidate will not be allowed to the counseling / seat selection process.

B.Arch counseling will be on May 26. Students are invited to the Counseling based on their NATA/ JEE scores.

Candidates with NATA score below 100/ JEE main paper 2 score below 195 might be considered for the second round of counseling.

* JEE marks achieved out of 390 will be announced on 15th May which needs to be updated in the link above (if applicable)

** We cannot wait for July NATA scores as our classes will commence from first week of August.

*** Last date to fill out the above links and confirm counseling attendance is 19th May.

Please carry the following items to the Counseling process:

1. Two DDs in favour of PES UNIVERSITY GENERAL FUND payable at Bangalore :
  1. For Rs. 3,20,000/-
  2. For Rs. 10,000/-
No other payment options are accepted. For the registration process to be complete, candidate should produce the DDs. Please understand, without the proper DD's, candidate will not be allowed to the seat selection arena.
2. Please bring the PESSAT application formarrow
3. 10+2 Marks Card (PUC) - (If original not available, provisional marks card with original signature of the college authority to be produced for verification)/ 10+3 marks card in case of a Diploma candidate
4. 10th Marks Card (SSLC)
5. Transfer Certificate/College Leaving Certificate (if applicable)
6. Migration Certificate (If other than PU Board) (if applicable)
7. Passport & Stamp Size Photos 4 Copies each
8. It is mandatory for the candidate to be present in person at the prescribed reporting time. A candidate will be granted an exception to allow his guardian/parent to represent the candidate only in the case of, the candidate attending the CET Verification Process the same day/session. In such a case, please take prior approval by downloading the Authorization Letter and getting it stamped and signed by the authorities at PES University before the counseling day in person. This has to be submitted with the proof document of the candidate attending the CET Verification Process.

Original + 2 Sets of Self-Attested Photo copies should be provided in the above mentioned order.
Only candidate + 1 Parent / Guardian will be allowed for counseling / seat selection process.

How will the process work?

1. Candidate should report at the prescribed reporting time
2. Candidate will complete the Registration Process and be ready for the seat selection
3. University will put a rank list of the registered candidates based on their 12th/ PU scores and NATA/JEE paper 2 scores
4. Candidate will take the required seat based on the following options
Option A: Candidate will take the seat, submit DDs, all originals and complete the Admission Process
Option B: Candidate will take the seat, submit DDs, attested copies of all originals with the understanding that the last date to submit the originals is June 3, baring which the seat will be forfeited. This will be the provisional Admission given to the student.
Option C: Reject the seat
Option D: Reject the seat & choose to attend the second round of counseling. The second round of counseling is scheduled to June/ July.
This process might take 3 or 4 hours to complete. The candidates are requested to be patient & complete the process on the same day.
