Eligibility — Please Read Before Attending |
|
Eligibility: No candidate shall be admitted to architecture course unless she/he has passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with either Chemistry or Biology or Technical Vocational subject or Computer Science or Information Technology or Informatics Practices or Engineering Graphics or Business Studies with at least 45% marks in aggregate or passed 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject with atleast 45% marks in aggregate.
The necessary documents should be provided at the counseling session. Without which, the candidate will not be allowed to the counseling / seat selection process.

Action Required — Two Mandatory Steps |
|
Upload your NATA Scores and Confirm your Attendance for the Counseling by following the below two steps.
Sign-in to your dashboard from the link https://admissions.pes.edu/Academy/ using your username and password.
- Click on Entrance Exam tab in the left pane to update your NATA Scores. Candidates who have appeared for only one NATA 2026 Session can enter only that score. Candidates who have appeared for two or three NATA 2026 Sessions can enter all the scores, in which case we will consider the better of two/ three Session scores.
- Click on Next Steps tab in the left pane to confirm your attendance for the counseling
These two steps must be followed and is mandatory without which the candidate cannot attend the seat selection process.
Last date to upload your NATA scores and to confirm counseling attendance is June 15, 5 PM.

COUNSELING PROCESS
Please carry the following items to the Counseling

Two DDs in favour of PES UNIVERSITY GENERAL FUND payable at Bangalore |
|
|
Please carry Two DDs: a) Rs. 4,50,000/- b) Rs. 10,000/-
- No other payment options are accepted. For the registration process to be complete, candidate must produce both the DDs. Please understand, without the proper DD's, candidate will not be allowed to the seat selection arena
- PES University will collect the DD's from the candidates and generate the fee receipt only if the candidates secure a seat. Otherwise, the candidate can take back both the DD's with them. However, without bringing the DD's as given above, candidate will not be allowed for the seat selection process
- Candidates who have already blocked a seat under the Higher Fee Category (HFC), need not get any DD's. It is sufficient if such candidates get the original fee receipt of their B.Arch HFC seat. In case this fee receipt is not collected, it may be collected from the Office of Admissions at Ring Road Campus on the day of counseling.

- 10+2 Marks Card (PUC) - (If original not available, provisional marks card with original signature of the college authority to be produced for verification) / 10+3 marks card in case of a Diploma candidate
- 10th Marks Card (SSLC)
- Transfer Certificate / College Leaving Certificate (if applicable)
- Migration Certificate (If other than PU Board) (if applicable)
- Passport & Stamp Size Photos 4 Copies each
- Aadhar Card Copy of the Candidate
- PAN Card of parent and student (for opening of bank account)
- It is mandatory for the candidate to be present in person at the prescribed reporting time. A candidate will be granted an exception to allow his guardian/parent to represent the candidate only in the case of the candidate attending the CET Verification Process the same day/session. In such a case, please take prior approval by downloading the <Authorization Letter> and getting it stamped and signed by the authorities at PES University before the counseling day in person. This must be submitted with the proof document of the candidate attending the CET Verification Process.
Note:
- Original + 2 Sets of Self-Attested Photocopies should be provided in the above-mentioned order.
- Only candidate + 1 Parent / Guardian will be allowed for counseling / seat selection process.

TIMELINE
3 Step Counseling Process
|

Registration Process (Be Block, 9th Floor) - Candidate should report at the prescribed reporting time to their counseling venue and complete the registration process. The registration process includes —
|
- Verification of Govt ID of the candidate
- Verification of DDs (Demand Drafts) - Mandatory
- Verification of 12th std / 2nd PU marks
- Verification of NATA scores
- PES Application Form

Counseling and Seat Selection - Candidate will take the required seat based on the following options…
|
- Option A: Candidate will take the seat, submit DDs, all original documents, and complete the Admission Process.
- Option B: Candidate will take the seat, submit DDs, self-attested copies of all original documents with the understanding that the original documents will be submitted to the University, on or before the last date to be announced on our website, www.pes.edu, after the B.Arch counseling. It will be responsibility of the candidate to keep a tab on the above given website for the last date of surrender and do the needful accordingly, baring which the seat will be forfeited. This will be the provisional Admission given to the student.
- Option C: Reject the seat & choose to attend the second round of counseling. The second round of counseling, based on the surrendered seats, might be scheduled for July.

Documentation and Welcome Kit
|
After seat selection and submission of DD's, candidates will complete the documentation process and collect the welcome kit.
This process might take 3 or 4 hours to complete. The candidates are requested to be patient & complete the process on the same day.
